Businesses usually describe this as a visibility problem, but visibility is only the first of three gates. A buyer has to find you, then understand quickly what you do and whether it applies to them, then find a reason to believe you can be relied upon. Failing at any one of those looks identical from the outside — nothing happens.
So the diagnosis establishes which gate is actually closed. Investing in discovery when the constraint is clarity brings more people to a page that already fails to convince them. Investing in credibility when nobody can find you improves an experience almost no one reaches.
Once the constraint is identified, the relevant capabilities are applied in a deliberate order and measured against an agreed framework.
