We offer website design and development services as outlined in our project proposals and service agreements.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information required for the project, including content, images, and any other materials requested by Prateeksha Printing Services.
Payment terms will be specified in the project proposal. Unless otherwise agreed, a deposit is required to commence work, with the balance due upon completion. Delayed payments may result in project delays.
Minor revisions are included in the project fee. However, significant changes or additional requests may incur additional charges.
Project timelines will be agreed upon at the start of the project. Delays caused by the client, such as late submission of materials, may result in an extension of the project timeline.
We respect your privacy and agree to keep all information provided by the client confidential, except where disclosure is required by law.
Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights to the website and related materials will be transferred to the client. Prateeksha Printing Services retains the right to use the project in our portfolio and marketing materials.
Prateeksha Printing Services will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. If terminated by the client, Prateeksha Printing Services reserves the right to bill for work completed up to the date of termination.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai/India.
