Who we are
A Mumbai studio that works with US businesses remotely.
Prateeksha Web Design is based in Mumbai, India. We design, build and look after websites for businesses in India and overseas. For a US business that means remote delivery by a team in Mumbai: we do not have a US office, address or US-based staff, and nothing on these pages should be read as a local presence.
Where the work happens
Design, development and project management all happen in Mumbai. Calls, shared files and a staging site connect that work to your review, so you can see progress without being in the same room.
What these pages leave out
We do not list US clients, testimonials, ratings or awards here, and we do not publish results we cannot document. These pages describe how we work, not who we have worked for.
Who tends to be a good fit
Owners and teams who prefer a written scope, staged approvals and plain explanations to a fast sales conversation: professional services, trades, retail, manufacturing and business-to-business companies among them.
Who is accountable
Each project has a named lead on our side, a written scope and a record of decisions, so responsibility does not dissolve across time zones.
Choose a service
Eleven pages, each with one job.
The pages below are not variations on one offer. Each describes a different kind of work, so you can read the one that matches your question. If you are unsure, start with the full-service page or send us a note.

- Website Maintenance Services
Your site is live and needs updates, backups and monitoring from a named party.
Remote delivery
How remote delivery works, step by step.
Every engagement follows the same outline, adapted to the service. The sequence is written into the proposal, so nothing depends on remembering a call.
First conversation
A call or written exchange about your business, your site and what you hope to change. Output: our notes sent back to you for correction.
Written proposal
Scope, stages, exclusions, review rounds, billing terms and handover contents in one document. Decision: you approve it, change it or decide not to proceed.
Staged work and review windows
Work moves in stages, each shown to you on shared files or a staging site. Review: feedback is collected in the windows agreed at the start.
Approval and launch
Testing, a launch checklist and your confirmation before anything goes live. Approval: no release happens without your explicit go-ahead.
Handover and optional care
Written notes, access arrangements and a decision on whether to continue with ongoing care. Output: the handover items listed in your proposal.
Scoping, review and billing
The arrangements we settle in writing before design or code begins.
Most disagreements in web projects begin as unwritten assumptions. These are the points we ask you to confirm early, and where each is recorded.
Project scoping
Pages, features, integrations and exclusions are listed in the proposal, together with the number of review rounds. Anything not listed is quoted separately instead of absorbed quietly.
Review across time zones
Windows for live sessions are agreed in advance and written feedback is welcome in between. We aim for consolidated comments per round, so changes are made once.
Billing currency and payment stages
The currency, instalments and invoicing arrangements are set out in the proposal or contract. We do not publish prices on these pages, because they depend on scope.
Ownership and handover
What you own, what we retain, which accounts are in your name and what is handed over are described in the written contract. We explain these terms before you commit.
Accessibility and legal topics
We design with readable contrast, visible focus and comfortable tap targets as standard practice. We do not give legal, tax, privacy or accessibility conformance advice; your own advisers decide what your business requires.
Technology coverage
The technology we cover.
We name the platforms we build on so you can tell quickly whether we fit. We will also tell you when a different tool suits your project better.

Start with the question you are trying to answer. If you need a partner for the whole project, read the full-service page; if you need only design, or only the build, read those pages. The directory above says when each one applies.
Live sessions are booked in advance, in windows agreed during scoping. In between, feedback goes through shared files, a staging site and short written notes, so work continues without waiting for a meeting.
Billing currency, payment stages and invoicing are set out in the written proposal or contract, based on the scope. We do not publish prices on these pages, because they would mislead without knowing what you need.
These pages do not list clients, testimonials or ratings, because we publish only what we can document and have approval to share. On a call you can ask what we can show for a project like yours.
Ownership, licensing and handover terms are described in the written contract. Hosting, domains and platform accounts are normally held in your company's name, and we explain the arrangement before you commit.
No. No one can promise rankings, traffic, leads or revenue, and we do not. We commit to the scope and quality of the work in the proposal and report honestly on what we measure.
No. We design with accessibility in mind and follow sensible practice, but we do not offer legal, tax or privacy conclusions. Your own advisers should confirm what your sector and location require.
