We plan work in batches that end with a written update waiting for you at the start of your day. You review, reply with decisions, and we continue during our working hours. Calls are kept for the topics that need conversation.

The overlap is short
India is many hours ahead of the United States, so our working days only meet briefly. We use that window for calls and handle the rest in writing.
Your morning gets our end-of-day report
Because we finish when your day begins, you often receive fresh progress first thing, with space to respond before we resume.
Urgent matters are agreed in advance
If something may need a quick response, such as a launch day, we plan a call time or contact route beforehand instead of improvising.
Everything is delivered remotely
We are based in Mumbai and have no US office, local team or US phone number. Contact is by email and video call.

Layouts arrive as clickable previews with a short written explanation, and you reply with consolidated feedback.
Build and test
We develop and test, posting progress updates, then ask you to review a staging site before it goes live.
Launch and handoff
We publish at an agreed time, hand over the documentation and access named in your contract, and remain reachable for follow-up questions by email.

Your written proposal or contract identifies the deliverables, ownership, account access and handover timing, including any conditions such as payment. Third-party themes, plugins, fonts, stock images and hosted services remain under their own licences.
Yes. For early teams we usually suggest a focused first site that can grow, instead of a large build that outpaces the business.
Yes, where the scope includes handover documentation. We keep the code organised so an in-house developer or other agency can continue without starting again.
Payment terms are agreed in the written proposal, including how invoices are issued and in which currency. We do not publish fixed prices on this page.
