Website design agency · India · Partnership model

Website design agency in India
for brands that keep changing their website.

A launch is rarely the end of a website. Startups add products, brands run campaigns, agencies need a build partner for client work. We work as an extension of your team, with a visible roadmap, a way to request changes and a retainer when ongoing work makes sense.

  • Roadmap-led
  • Retainer option
  • Startup-friendly
  • Agency build partner
  • Clear governance

Where project-by-project hiring breaks down

Treating every website change as a new project is slow and costly.

  1. 01

    Each change starts from zero

A new vendor or freelancer has to learn the codebase, the brand and the history again. That relearning is paid for every time.

  2. 02

    Nobody owns the whole site

Design sits with one person, hosting with another and tracking with a third. When something breaks, each assumes the fault is elsewhere.

  3. 03

    Priorities get lost

Small requests pile up in chat threads and emails, and the important ones sit unanswered while minor ones are done first.

  4. 04

    Growth outpaces the first build

A site built for launch day often cannot take new product lines, landing pages or integrations without rework.

The partnership model

One team that knows your site and works from a shared list.

We keep a single prioritised backlog for your website. You add requests, we estimate them, and agreed items are done in short cycles. Because the same people keep working on the same site, context builds up instead of being lost.

  • A single backlog where every request is visible
  • Estimates before work starts, not after
  • Short work cycles with a review at the end of each
  • Documentation kept current as the site changes
  • A defined route for urgent fixes
  • Monthly review of what was done and what is next

What we build

What an agency partnership can cover.

Some clients need a full build and ongoing care; others need us only for specific work. Pick what fits and change it later.

01

Launch build

A complete website designed and developed from a scoped brief, treated as the first phase of a longer relationship rather than the last.

Design · Build · Launch

02

Roadmap and prioritisation

Together we list upcoming pages, features and campaigns, then order them by what supports your commercial goals first.

Backlog · Priorities

03

Campaign and landing pages

New pages for launches or promotions, built from your existing components so they ship without a fresh design cycle.

Landing pages · Components

04

Product and content growth

Adding product lines, service pages, blog templates or resource sections without breaking what already works.

Content · Templates

05

Integrations

Connecting forms to a CRM, payment tools, booking systems or email platforms your team already uses.

CRM · Forms · APIs

06

Build partner for agencies

If you are an agency, we can build the sites you design or plan, working under your direction and sharing progress in your preferred tool.

Delivery · Handoff

07

Maintenance and monitoring

Updates, backups, uptime checks and routine security tasks, scheduled so they are not forgotten.

Updates · Backups

08

Analytics and reporting

Tracking set up around your goals, with a short monthly summary of what visitors did and what we suggest next.

For growing Indian businesses

Why partnership suits fast-moving teams.

Indian startups and growing brands tend to change direction quickly. These are the reasons a standing relationship often works better than separate engagements.

  1. Priorities shift quickly

A new funding round, product launch or festival campaign can change what the site needs overnight. A shared backlog lets you reorder work without renegotiating a new contract.

  2. Budgets are watched closely

Many teams prefer predictable monthly spend over large irregular invoices. A retainer, where it fits, spreads cost and reserves capacity.

  3. Founders wear many hats

The person approving the website often also handles sales and hiring. A clear process with short reviews respects limited time.

  4. Agencies need dependable delivery

When you promise a client a launch date, a build partner who communicates early about risks is more useful than one who is simply fast.

What changes

Project vendor versus ongoing partner.

Both arrangements are legitimate. The difference is how knowledge and priorities are handled over time.

What changes
One-off project vendor
Ongoing partnership
Knowledge of your site
Rebuilt for each new engagement
Accumulated and documented
Small requests
Quoted individually or ignored
Added to a shared backlog
Cost pattern
Irregular, tied to each project
Predictable if a retainer is chosen

How we work

How an engagement is governed.

Governance is deliberately light. The aim is clarity about who decides what, not paperwork.

  1. Kick-off and audit

We review your current site, hosting, tracking and content, then list what needs attention and what can wait.

  2. Agree the working rhythm

We settle the cycle length, the review call schedule, who approves requests and how urgent items are flagged.

  3. Build the first cycle

The highest-priority items are estimated, agreed and delivered, with a preview link before anything goes live.

  4. Review and re-plan

At the end of each cycle we show what changed, note what we learned and reorder the backlog.

  5. Adjust the arrangement

Every few months we check whether the level of support still fits and change it if it does not.

Scope

What a partnership covers and where it stops.

The details are written into a scope document so both sides know what to expect.

Usually included

  • Prioritised backlog management
  • Design and development of agreed items
  • Preview links before changes go live
  • Routine updates and backups
  • Monthly review of work and next steps
  • Documentation of changes

Scoped and quoted separately

  • Open-ended work with no agreed estimate
  • Paid media management
  • Brand identity creation
  • Full-time embedded staff
  • Third-party licences and subscriptions

Frequently asked questions

Questions before you start.

No. Many clients start with a single project. A retainer is offered when ongoing work is expected and you would rather reserve capacity than request it each time.

Yes. We can build designs you have prepared or plan the build with you, working under your direction. Whether and how our involvement is credited is reviewed during scoping and recorded in writing if agreed.

You add a request to the shared backlog, we estimate it, and once you approve the estimate it enters a work cycle. Urgent items follow a separate route agreed in advance.

We raise this early. If the site needs a different platform or architecture, we explain why, outline the migration and let you decide when to make the move.

Confidentiality terms can be reviewed during scoping and recorded in writing if agreed. Please hold back sensitive plans until those terms are settled.

Terms are set in the written scope, including how notice works. We keep documentation current so another team can take over without difficulty.

Yes. For very early teams we usually recommend a small, focused first build and a modest roadmap rather than a large site that outruns the product.
